Ceviche Nights
If you love ceviche or want to learn more, come join us for a special ceviche experience. Chef Courtney Larsen will fly in some crazy fresh seafood and create some unique and amazing ceviche dishes. We call him the Mad Scientist. After attending, you will understand why! Sit at the ceviche bar for a closer look. Please RSVP so we can purchase accordingly; we will serve until it’s gone. Ceviche specials start at $10.
Cooking Classes

Tour of Mexico Dinner Series
We are pleased to add a new event to our schedule this year. We will be holding four different dinners with menus created from the different regions of Mexico. They promise to be one of the greatest culinary experiences you have ever had. These dinners will have five to seven courses of amazing and authentic Mexican food. We will teach you more about the regions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Inspiration for our first dinner comes from the Baja and Sonora regions and features Snapper Ceviche and Stuffed Clams, Oxtail Soup, Baja Fish Tacos, Pork and Red Chile Stew, Tenderloin, and Cajeta.
